Mr. Daryl Traylor is a full-time faculty member in the new Integrated Public Health program at Paradise Valley Community College, and he is an adjunct instructor with St. Petersburg College where he teaches online courses in the Health Information Management program. Ultimately, Mr. Traylor hopes to earn a seat in an Arizona osteopathic medical school in time for the fall 2019 semester.

Mr. Traylor served as an adjunct instructor with the Northern Arizona University Public Health Program from 2009–2015. Additionally, he helped to design, implement, and evaluate the Integrated Health Peer Navigator Program at Jewish Family and Children’s Services in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Traylor’s previous positions include serving as a community health worker with United Health Group/Optum in Phoenix and working with AmeriCorps VISTA for two terms at the San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium and Maricopa County (Arizona) Department of Public Health. He has extensive volunteer experience in the areas of HIV/AIDS and community health promotion. Mr. Traylor was introduced to the Pacific and Southwest Regional Health Council in 2015 as an RHEC IX emerging health professional to help develop the regional environmental scan.
